Refund policy
We want you to love your candles! As you know, we pour each candle by hand with care! Upon arrival please assess your package as soon as it has been delivered.
If your order arrives damages or incorrect, we have a 14-day return policy (unused), which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. To start a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at shariddick@sarilovecandles.shop.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. No refunds will be given for items that have been used or exceed the allotted 14 days timeframe. USPS shipping fees and charges are NOT refundable.

Damages and issues
Our products are not only made with love, they are packaged with the same love and attention to detail. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at shariddick@sarilovecandles.shop immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order arrived damage, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your order along with photos of the damage and a description of the damage as well.
You have the option in filing with USPS with photographs of the damaged packaging and products. We will also replace your damaged item immediately after submission of the claim with USPS with a confirmation of proof.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products, certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes:
- Used candles or wax melts
- Opened or partially burned items
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Sale or clearance items, and gift cards
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We appreciate your understanding -- our goal is to ensure every product leaves our studio in perfect condition.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
