PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). During high-volume periods (like seasonal launches), processing may take longer. 

 

SHIPPING TIMES

We offer standard USPS First Class or Priority mail from Hampton, VA. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. 

USPS shipping fees and charges are NOT refundable. Shipping rates are based on your address and weight of the shipment. 

We offer free shipping on orders $100 and up. 

Please be aware shipping times vary and estimated delivery dates are just estimates. There are no guaranteed delivery dates, so please plan ahead appropriately. We do our best to ship order quickly but no control after handing off to a carrier. As a reminder, delivery times are based on business days. 

For example, orders placed Thursday or Friday, are likely to be arrive that following week.
